CQS: how to transform a maxi racer from 90′ to 100′. VIDEO

A look over Ludde Ingvall’s CQS, rebuilt from his successful 90′ yacht Nicorette: it is extended to 100′ and added a DSS foil, deck spreaders and a 4 metre bowsprit.

The rebuild was undertaken at the Southern Ocean Marine Boatbuilders in Tauranga, New Zealand. CQS’s first race in Australia was the 2016 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.
